Privacy Policy

Yasker is a personal AI health system. This policy explains what data we process, why we process it, and how we approach protection of health-related information.
Yasker is currently an early-stage product. It is designed for personal coaching and decision support, not medical diagnosis or emergency care.
Data We Process
- Wearable and activity data from services such as Garmin and WHOOP: heart rate, HRV, sleep, workouts, steps, recovery, readiness, and training load.
- Coach chat messages, workout feedback, set logs, subjective readiness, soreness, and notes you provide.
- Nutrition inputs, including meal photos or food notes you choose to upload.
- Lab and medical context that you choose to add, including lab markers, reference ranges, prescriptions, diagnoses, dates, and data source.
- Profile data, such as age, height, weight, goals, preferences, available equipment, and constraints.
How We Use Data
We use your data to provide personalized coaching: training plans, recovery guidance, nutrition support, habit feedback, and long-term healthspan-oriented recommendations.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
AI Processing
To generate coaching responses, Yasker may send relevant messages and context to language model providers through an API gateway. The context is used to produce the response and should not be treated as a public data source.
Wearable Integrations
Garmin and WHOOP access is performed only with your authorization. You can revoke access in the corresponding service settings. For WHOOP, Yasker uses OAuth and the redirect domain https://yasker.app.
Storage, Audit, and Security
Yasker stores data on controlled server infrastructure. API access is protected, production traffic is intended to run over HTTPS, and secrets are kept outside the application repository.
Coach interactions may be logged in an audit trail so the system can be inspected, debugged, and improved. This includes user messages, AI responses, tool calls, and error metadata.
No system is perfectly secure. If a security issue is discovered, we will work to limit exposure and remediate it quickly.
Medical Disclaimer
Yasker provides decision support and education. It is not a healthcare provider, does not diagnose disease, and does not replace your doctor. Medication, supplement, diagnosis, and treatment decisions should remain doctor-in-the-loop.
Your Choices
You may request export or deletion of your data by contacting us. You may also disconnect wearable integrations directly from the wearable provider.
